Debt Negotiation
Debt negotiation is the process of negotiating with a creditor to pay
off a percentage of the balance you owe them. Debt negotiation is a great way
for consumers to find a way out of debt without the negatives of a bankruptcy.
There is no record held with any court that will show that you have settled the
accounts. If you use negotiation to relieve your self of debt you are also able
to answer, “No” when asked, “Have you ever filed bankruptcy?” Debt Negotiation
is essentially the same thing as debt arbitration or debt settlement.
